AU PAIR CARE is pleased to present to you our proposed services, which we believe will effectively address your employees’ needs. Our aim is to source Au Pairs/Mother’s help to be readily available upon arrival of host family. All candidates will be personally interviewed and expected to meet our required level of skills and training (see further details). By availing your organisation, or yourself, of our services you will ensure the prospective candidate to be or to have:



Requirments of Au- Pair

• A Zimbabwean Resident who is legally employable. 18 years of age or older.

• A holder of a clean Driver’s Licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.  Provided with Driver Awareness Training at request of Employer and at Employer’s expense.

• Provided with Basic First Aid Training upon request and at Employer’s expense.

• Will have a basic knowledge of cooking – courses are available.

• Educated to Cambridge O’ Level (or equivalent) or higher with passes in English and Mathematics.

• Holder of a School Testimonial and a Personal Reference.

• Holder of a current Police Clearance Certificate.  

• Of sober habits and non smoking.

• A clean bill of health.

• An interest in Childcare.  

• Familiar with places of interest in Harare and Zimbabwe.

• Assessed and evaluated on a regular basis.
