• Foreign visitors/employees wish to arrive without the added task of interviewing, assessing and recruiting staff.

• Your employees will have peace of mind knowing that potential candidates will have been personally interviewed and vetted in terms of Driving ability; basic cooking knowledge; first aid knowledge; a basic and, in some cases, extensive knowledge of the indigenous language and customs; personal health and hygiene as well as a police clearance certificate.Your employees require reliable help upon arrival.

• Customer satisfaction through regular evaluation of Au Pairs which will be carried out at the end of the first week, first month and first quarter.

• This system reduces the risk of misunderstandings.Au Pairs with a good local knowledge of goods and service providers, as well as their location and authenticity.

• Au Pair Care will continually up-date Au Pairs and Customers on newly available services & products.
